Wild Turkey Barred Shorts (grade #2) - 1 dozen

These wild turkey feathers are called barred shorts (small and short) and are found between the secondary portion and primary portion of a whole turkey wing. There is only one feather like this on a wing. The overall length varies 9-11 inches depending on the age of the bird it comes from. These do not meet the criteria of grade #1 since they have minor flaws or are smaller in size. We reduce the price and present them as grade #2.
 
This is a very nice feather for craft projects where a delicate feather is needed.
